Taipei Nangang Yu-Cheng Social Housing Project has been recognized by the Department of Labor, Taipei City Government for its proactive promotion of occupational safety strategies and its commitment to establishing a safe and healthy workplace. As a result, the project was honored with third place in Taipei City Labor Safety Award.
we strictly implement various occupational safety and health (OSH) preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment for all workers. It upholds the principle of respecting and valuing every team member’s life, with zero workplace accidents as an unwavering goal. To prevent workers from being exposed to high-risk construction environments due to a lack of safety awareness, the project actively promotes Taiwan Occupational Safety Card program—offering free safety education and training courses. This initiative encourages workers to participate and enhances their safety knowledge and disaster prevention awareness
